Shipments and returns

ORDER PROCESSING
Please review all of our terms of service and all product information before placing an order with us here at Motoworks. By placing an order, you will have been deemed to have accepted the terms of service. Please allow up to 48 hours for Motoworks to process and ship your order although most orders are shipped within 24 hours. On-Line ordering is preferred but you can also reach us by phone. All orders are reviewed in person before processing. Online orders will receive an automatic order confirmation via email. In the event a part is backordered the Buyer will accept a delayed arrival of the product or Full Refund. Cancelations on products which have been processed are subject to a 20% restocking fee. If you have any problems with your order please contact Motoworks.

SHIPPING AND INSURANCE
Motoworks uses Fastway Couriers and New Zealand Post for all shipments within New Zealand. International shipping is also available, contact Motoworks for further information on this service. Please allow 48hrs for an order to be processed and shipped although orders are commonly processed within 24hrs.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

DELIVERY TIMES
Orders are generally received one to four weeks from the time they are shipped. However, some orders occasionally take longer depending on postal services and customs in your country.

We accept Bank Transfers, Credit Card and Western Union, please email us for more information.

DUTIES, TAXES, FEES
Motoworks is not responsible to quote or pay for any Duties, Taxes or Fees that may occur from a shipment outside of New Zealand.

CONSUMER PROTECTION
For consumer protection, we may require a credit card statement ("Statement") for first time orders. If a statement is requested, please email Motoworks or fax (+64) 3 377 7407 a signed copy of your Statement and CIV number. The Statement should contain your name and address. We will process your order as soon as we receive the statement.
