Race Bike Building

Commissioning construction of personalised competition machines is undertaken by Motoworks to tailored individual requirements. This service is not available on an “off the shelf” basis and is only suitable to top level competitors wanting a no compromise motorcycle. Each machine is hand built regardless of original manufacture to be capable of winning at World level. Each year is limited to a set allocation of machines and requires a minimum of six months notice to construct.

Tuning

The materials and parts used in the fabrication of our machines are often exotic and technically advanced, Motoworks will supply ongoing backup for spares including both field and in house tuning service to keep these machines at their peak. Selected private bikes are also catered for, bookings are essential.

Supermoto

Although Motoworks is best known for it’s World leading Supermoto construction. Our bikes are amongst the best in the World in this field, we are also equally at home with Motocross and Enduro machines. One or two road bikes are also constructed each year if time permits. However Supermoto and Off-Road remains as our primary focus.

Fabrication

Many of the parts used in construction of our bespoke machines are fabricated in house, Motoworks artisans have specialist skills in stainless, titanium and alloy welding and fabrication. The design work is also in house, both design and fabrication services are often employed by larger manufacturers to provide proof of concept and prototype units.

Customs

Simply put Motoworks is “Old School”, both Ben and Shane are petrol heads and have a passion for the unique. Whether it is a custom built bike or Ben’s 400hp 2.3 turbo Escort or Shane’s Mercury powered 46 pickup you will find customs from old to new here, even the odd “trick” trailer for hauling that competition bike around.

Service

Along with our fabrication of competition bikes Motoworks continues with ongoing service work for these specialised machines, at as many events as possible you will find Motoworks Technicians providing backup service or just a lending hand. Our in house service also caters for general service and repair work.
